Background
Dr. Barber earned his Doctor of Medicine degree with Highest Honors from the University of Florida College of Medicine after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Lee University. He completed his internship at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine and his ophthalmology residency at Emory University. A board-certified ophthalmologist, ASC developer, and international health leader, he is widely recognized for his clinical expertise and commitment to advancing healthcare delivery models domestically and globally.

As President of ACE Global, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring sight and preventing vision impairment worldwide, he infuses Bedrock’s strategic development with a deep commitment to service, continuous improvement, and sustainable healthcare delivery.
