As an active clinician and Chief Executive Officer, Alejandro bridges the gap between bedside anesthesia and executive leadership. He ensures Bedrock’s operational model delivers a high-performing surgical environment for health systems while protecting the autonomy, schedule predictability, and professional respect that clinicians deserve.
Background
Alejandro brings a rich educational foundation to Bedrock, holding a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan–Flint, graduate studies in Anesthesia Practice Management, a Master of Science in Anesthesia from Interamerican University, and undergraduate studies from Loyola University Chicago. For over 20 years, he has provided anesthesia across Central Florida within the Orlando Health, Halifax Health, and AdventHealth systems, as well as Volusia County surgery centers for over a decade. Dedicated to education and service, he mentors doctoral students at Barry University and the University of North Florida, and leads medical missions through ACE Global in Honduras and Mission Guajira in South America.
