Alejandro Knight, CRNA, MBA
Alejandro Knight, CRNA, MBA, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with broad experience providing anesthesia care in high-acuity hospital environments, outpatient surgical centers, and community-based practices. He has graduate studies in Anesthesia Practice Management and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan–Flint, as well as a Master of Science in Anesthesia from Interamerican University in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, following his undergraduate education at Loyola University Chicago.
For more than 20 years, Alejandro has practiced throughout Central Florida, delivering anesthesia services within the Orlando Health, Halifax Health, and AdventHealth systems. He is also dedicated to advancing the profession through education, having supported the clinical training and doctoral project mentorship of anesthesia students from Barry University and the University of North Florida.
Beyond hospital-based practice, Alejandro has provided anesthesia services to ambulatory surgical centers in Volusia County for over a decade. His commitment to service extends internationally through volunteer work with ACE Global in Honduras, a nonprofit organization focused on training future eye care providers in low and middle income countries. He has also participated in medical missions with Mission Guajira in Venezuela and Colombia, delivering surgical care to underserved Wayuu indigenous communities.
In addition to his clinical work, Alejandro is an active entrepreneur and real estate property manager. Outside of medicine, he enjoys the outdoors life with his wife and two kids. He is also a certified cave diver through the National Speleological Society.
